Here we are. Today, 9 Moons ago (approximately). Today it was supposed to be the date of the childbirth of my daughter. But she's still in there. She seems to appreciate the "all inclusive" accommodation she's got. She's apparently fine, pretty active at evening/night. Well, more than "pretty active" at night. But still so comfortable that 9 months were not enough.
And we just can wait and tell her that we are happy to meet her and to have her with us, outside :-)
Ida started to do some more exercise (walking, stairs...no more elevator... and this kind of stuff, hoping this will help). She also read that drinking ginger-cinnamon-clove infusion might help "contractions", which are still unknown so far. And also eating should help... probably it works removing room for the baby as the stomach gets full. Finally, it seems that the "conceiving activity" itself stimulates the contractions. And I can say I am playing a primary role in this. "When the going gets tough, the tough get going" :-P
Who would have thought that everything starts and ends in the same way?!
Anyway, today we visited Crema hoping to find some Christmas market to buy some present. No Xmas market found but I bought a hat, a woolen beanie. Do you really care about this? I wouldn't. So I go back to Crema.

The funny thing is that almost all the people (a lot to be honest) that asked us about the delivery date started with "it's a boy, isn't it".
Name of the day (my friends overdated their participation... I guess when they started they did not imagine to take part in this longer than today. Anyway they ):

10/12 Giangi: oh ma che avete allungato il tempo... Ida non è che hai deciso di aspettare Natale?!?! Sulla data io e Raffa siamo out...oggi scade Jack, domani Giulia, Des è l'unico che potrà azzeccare il giorno....per l'ora essendo a giro vediamo chi ci va più vicino...ciao
11/12 Des: Piña non è nata ieri (06/12 alla data in cui sto scrivendo), ha capito che nel pancione di mamma si sta meglio che qua fuori. Poi lei non ha neanche il problema di passare il resto della vita a cercare di rientrare (cit.) :-P
